Ah thanks, quite near us so good to learn about it and add to the list. Our go to local is Waterclose Meadows campsite at Houghton Mill, it’s a national trust site, nice facilities, loads of lovely riverside walks, lovely pubs we’ve been a few times. We use it for a short break. The entrance is a bit tight but folk get in with caravans and mohos. Thanks again 😃

Loved this vlog.... very informative, we definitely must visit one day. We love a community pub, we go to one on the Suffolk/ Norfolk boarder, which has lots of events, the Dwile Flonking was so much fun. Thanks for sharing it looks beautiful in Bedford 👍

We have been in the area a fair bit but never used the site or even fished the reservoir. Cambridge was a favourite for me and cannot understand why other cities could not have worked out that way.

We stayed at this site last year and totally agree it is a great base for getting out and about. I was very lucky to get a fabulous photo of the owl that lives in the trees on the site. Unfortunately, we did have a situation with the male warden which spoiled our stay as he was very stressed and I did wonder if he was the right person for the job. Hopefully we will get back there sometime.

That’s a site that’s passed us by but looks like a good one for us with bikes and swans and a pub… maybe the C.S though, although members of the CAMC we prefer C&CC… We’re confused…. It's quite rare for us to have the car with us , but we had to collect the grand kids on one day , they live in Bedford but we don't film them, hence you won't know that We don't tow a car as we so infrequently need one. What products do you use for internal cleaning. I an paranoid now because of hearing that normal cleaning products can damage the plastics in the bathroom for instance. Any advice would be welcome if you know the answers.

Hi Lee, I use the mildest antibacterial cleaning products I can find, Method seems to work ok on our kitchen surfaces and around the bathroom, toilet, shower etc but I have to be really careful with the bathroom sink and I haven’t -yet found the ideal product I’m afraid but I’ll keep searching.
