Holy shizzle sticks the level of detail is astounding, right up to and including a Kyber crystal. Total Star Wars awesomeness! No wonder it takes padawans years of training to build one of these. I can see why Obi-wan kept telling Anakin that that weapon was his life. I hate to lose it and have to go through building another one using only the Force.

it is well done........ but it is not a"Michael Murphy (a.k.a. yoda) FX saber" 100% custom built with handcrafted parts and genuine graflex flash handles. If your interested in building one like this one in the video most of the parts where used here came from GOTH 3D DESIGNS and the hilt is a PARKS GRAFFLEX 2.0... you can buy the hilt on ebay for 99.00 and the parts for the chassis from goth 3ds website which vary in price depending on the material you choose to have it printed with. the metal printed parts from goth 3d will require sanding and polishing so a great deal of time and patience is required. as for the connection mods those are very clean and well done and would require milling tools and skills but this saber could be built for about $1,000 instead of $19,000 ; }

Awesome job. I have seen many of these fan projects, and I must say this is one of the best ones yet. The best one though, is the lightsaber some guy made that actually makes a laserbeam appear. It's a bit thin, but you can actually burn stuff with it. A nice start to the lightsaber project. One day very soon someone will actually build a working lightsaber, I'm sure of it.

People might be enclined to pay lots for such a piece of art, but he could still be totally ripped off and only keep a small percentage of the real amount you paid, making the price skyrocket for him to make it simple even worth putting so much effort into building those.
