This video is in response to young orthopedic surgeons who wanted a detailed descriptive video for Preparation of ACL Graft. In This Particular case we are utilising a semitendinosis tendon as an ACL graft. Usually i use a quadruple graft for ACL reconstruction. A Single tendon is usually sufficient in most cases.

Sir 7 months of acl completed full bending and full extension achieved. But there is a little problem when i walk i can’t extend and hyperextend my knee like non operated knee. How to fix this? Operated leg thigh muscles are weak.
