Yes, they are. I visited last October to ride the Alpine coaster there. The gondolas were in use and fine then. I think I rode one on the way up that time

It just opened late last year; was supposed to have opened spring 2019, but flooding prevented opening until late fall 2019. The views during the peak tree season will be spectacular
