If you think you are self handling as developers can, then Site ground is for you, otherwise it can be nightmare. I’ve switched from Hostgator to SG. SG is faster in speed. But when comes to customer service, I've never been able to talk with person after joining them. Even chat on line you need to wait could be days before they shown up, more like email responding. Hostgator has been person-person since the beginning even after I canceled, they still pick up all my calls. So what's good about speed from SG if the problem is never solved. Also after paying SG $30 (no more free) on 1 website for migration, still get nothing done after 2 months
