Bob Daisley said similar things too about when he and Ozzy were making Blizzard of Ozz, Punk and New Wave were trending at the time and they were making what would be consider Dinosaur by then.

As you might MSG played on Reading Festival 10.08.1982 ! That gig should have been Bonnet's first gig with the band. But what happened, just the day before the show, the band finished their rehearsal, and backstage Bonnet & Schenker had some very serious argue which finished with a fist fight. Graham took most of the beating and left immediately, so Schenker called Gary Barden back up and he did the Reading show and stayed for 2 years more, until MSG split in 1984 !

The "V" guitars he played were not Gibsons, but were made by a conpany he and bassist, Gary Shea were endorsing called Aria. Yngwie's Aria Pro II Series V featured three single coil pickups and an incline headstock with a 25-1/2 scale length, so basically it was a Strat disguised as V!
