GRAHAM CAHILL’S Y62 Twin Exhaust! Listen to that V8 RUMBLE!

Graham’s Y62 build is the ultimate touring machine, and it needed an exhaust which can last the distance. Torqit’s Twin Y62 Performance Exhaust is just that- a tough 304 grade system which doesn’t just sound the part, but can also handle the rugged tracks that 4WD 24/7 love to tackle.
To quote Graham himself…“it should be a crime to own a V8, and not be able to hear it!” A twin exhaust always adds a more aggressive look to a rig, and thanks to the 2mm thick steel, it produces a deep throaty note. Since this was built as a touring rig, it was also important to nail that V8 sound without producing an irritating cabin drone- less than ideal for long distance driving.
For Graham who lives near the coast, 304 grade stainless is a no-brainer due to its high amounts of chromium and nickel. The nickel gives the system excellent weld-ability and toughness, while protecting against fatigue and rust. Chromium also guards against rust, wear and high temperatures, plus increases the tensile strength of the steel.
Not to mention- how good does that pair of shiny tailpipes look out the back of Graham’s rig! The great thing about 304 grade is you can go hard off-road, and know that with a quick polish, you can get it looking good as new.
