Ensuring the suction pressure, suction load, motive pressure, and discharge pressure are at the correct level is critical in order to operate along the ejector performance curve. Your ejector must stay on it's performance curve to operate effectively and allow downstream equipment to function properly as well. This video goes into detail on how various conditions can effect the performance of your ejector.

the ejector we used for carrying the acid to the vessel by power water but at the same time the vessel has down flow , then the ejector is not sucking the acid it force back to suction tank, why this happens?

The discharge pressure of an ejector is set by the downstream piping and equipment. Ejectors don't set their discharge pressures.
