Fun fact three years later. Sugar slows the setting process and due to the high sugar content of coke, it's commonly kept on hand to keep concrete from setting.

That’s before any attractions, as you would still need to pay for individual tickets for everything you want to ride. But yeah, they’re exaggerating it quite a bit.
