Nice looking plot. I had a nest dug up in front of a blind one time. And if I remember right had coyote tracks around in the sand.

Thanks Fred. I couldn't find any tracks around this one, so it remains a mystery. We do have coyotes around here for sure, so could very well be the same as yours. All the best to you.

The yellow jacket nest digger is either a skunk or a possum.

Thank you! We have plenty of both skunks and possum's around here, so mystery solved.

Do you have bears in your area? They would do that for sure in my area! Nice to see the good results!

Good thought. We RARELY have bears, if anyone sees one in our area, it makes the papers and rumor mill. Go 50 miles north and yes, they have bears. I have 5 game cameras on 42 acres, so you would think if there was a bear around I would have caught a pic? Hmmmm...

Did the brassicas grow bulbs? I’ve noticed that when they are planted too close together (like with a drill) the bulbs do not grow as large as when you broadcast into a prepped seed bed. Curious of your results

Yes, there were bulbs from the spring drilled planting (not the fall drilled from this video, not enough growing season). I have never had good luck with them in the past, but this year was the first time the radishes and turnips worked. I would say on average the radishes were 10-12" long, and the turnips were baseball size. Although this doesn't seem like much, it is by far the best I have ever had. I completely contribute this to going no-till for three years now. This sandy soil just never held moisture, and now it holds some, which I why I believe everything grew so well.

Curious what dug up those ground bees/hornets?

Same here Jeep. It's still a mystery. But from the research I did after this video, my guess would be a badger. They are very rare in our area, but I do have a few game camera pics of one over the last few years.
