the production of this is really really good, the 16mm/70s feel is probably to strong for my liking, but what can be achieved with OP3 compared to gear of decades gone by is fantastic - its only the skill of the individual like you have shown, that is the road block.

Hi Biot_travel, thanks for stopping by! I totally agree with you, it's not about the gear anymore; it's about what you can create with it. These cameras are fantastic, and the OP3 in particular is amazing, such a tiny camera that can produce incredible images. It's almost unbelievable! Too bad I (intentionally) degraded its image quality a little bit... haha, sorry about that. But I really love this vintage look. :-) I'll be posting more videos soon. Cheers!

@@solo360 dont mind the vintage look, i just thought it was to strong / over cooked. keep experimenting with it tho, it is refreshing.

If you didn't write Osmo Pocket, I would think it was Blackmagic !!! You managed to produce a beautiful film look from a very digital camera!! Impressive my friend!!

Yeah, that was my goal: to try and mimic the look of the OG. But grading the Pocket (to my liking) isn't easy, and I'm finding it very difficult to control the exposure. I've had several shots where the highlights got clipped. But for travel, the Pocket is fantastic. Very portable, even more portable than the OG. But I miss my OG. :-)

so good! what is your settings for this?
@solo3602 күн бұрын
Thanks! I shot this in 4K at 24 frames per second with a shutter speed of 1/50. I used ND and DJI Black Mist filters, graded it in DaVinci Resolve with Dehancer/Scatter, and added some grain.

Hello! really random question, but may I ask what fonts you use for your videos?
@solo3606 күн бұрын
Hi there, I used two fonts. The main one for the title is Cooper Black Opti. I think this font was widely used in TV shows in the '70s (in the US).. The smaller one I used for the description boxes (lower third) is Interstate Condensed. You can find both of them for free on the internet.
