Not easy when all the cases of all genders of nouns are practised together but very well explained. Thank you. Practice will make perfect.

Jacqueline, practice and exposure are definitely keys to mastery here. These videos are limited, and designed only to provide a brief introduction to grammatical phenomena. From here, your own efforts to engage with, observe, and use the language will lead to communicative ability. I'm leaving the hard work up to you!!

I just checked you are new, you will see, your channel will grow fast, I only uploaded a video in 2007 and my math videos from home during pandemics in the last few years and now I have about 600 followers. I bought a book to learn greek and I have been watching some videos, I prefer to listen in English, my first language is Spanish, but I have studied a bit of Hebrew and Russian, some of the topics I knew just maybe by hearing or by logics, declinations are something like for fun for me. I like learning languages, I love teaching like you do, being american.

Dear mirsm, thank you for your encouragement! Russian and Hebrew certainly have some similarities with Greek that will make it easier for you to learn. If you'd like to join us and learn together, you can find me at thegreekacademy.com

Wow! I really got that. While I was on a roll with it I was hoping for some practice with the other word order patterns. If you do a part two, will it be the seagull, the fishing boat or the aerolpane?

Dear Andy, I'm glad you got something from the video, despite the "scenic distractions." If you want a place to practice Greek, you can find me and my students at thegreekacademy.com

Oh I just understand that you are not actually a native speaker from your pronunciation of “τον»

Hehe. Right! In Greek the vowels are very "pure," and include no "dipthongization." When I'm switching between Greek and English as in this video, you'll hear my English vowels slip into Greek and my Greek vowels into English. If you could only help me perfect the Turkish "r," I would be eternally grateful!😉
