shanghai wok buffett is a favourite of my family when we go to puerto rico,the carvery bar used to be a chinese and they spent a fortune on it a few years back.

We go in a few weeks ,we were there in July and went November last year been going years apart from Covid .we were a little worried about what to expect ,but everything was fine,the new mall they have built was great

Churchills was run by Gareth and Karen, Gareth was am ex Bolton Wanderers footballer. He's sadly passed. They lived on the same villa block where my parents retired, Monte Solana. My Mum helped waiting on there briefly back in the 90s...their portions were humongous, weren't they?

Puerto Rico is too tacky imo, same with Los Cristianos and Benalmedena. Just came back from the Radisson Blu resort in Puerto de Mogan, so much nicer! Possibly one of the nicest resort towns in Canarias!

Not sure where it's located Kevin but I went to Mccools bar every night and I could never thank the staff/ family enough they were worried about me getting a taxi late so dropped me to apartment every night, I had booked it 2 days before was given a lovely two bed beautiful view 2004, felt nervous walking at night which my only other experience of that was santa ponsa where the sexist remarks were unbelievable, found it a little to hot for early March, a little bored with the shopping centres, holiday left me a little cold apart from the brilliant band and people in that bar, tough year health and lost my dad, thanks for your great tips food etc especially my fav spot Los cris will be very helpful head there on Wednesday, take care

Yeah know that bar we watched the rugby there. We love Puerto Rico in November heading over shortly. Love P R beach and walk to Amadores every day and Taurito. We do Los Cris March and April. Best of both Islands.

Were thinking of gling here in june. Married couple late 30s. But im reading two complete different opinions. Some people say its a great spot for the craic with good music spots and cheap drink Then others say its a "dump" with loads of places closed. I know to each their own but which is it?? Is it a good spot for good nitelife and food and drink ?? Thats all we want! Thanks

It doesn't have a load of places closed at all and it's not a dump! I've been 7 times in the last 5 years. It's just a hater there was one or 2 places closed but that was cos it was changing into something else. I'm going back next week 7th may. We love puerto rico. The best way to find out is go for yourself. I've been all over and it's one of my fave places to go. You ain't short of shops, food places and bars etc etc. Also the new mall has all that as well. U won't be disappointed x

Awesome videos my fellow jock I've been benidorm few time and tenerife but I'm taking my family on there first hol any recommendations was fnkn lanzarote or gran canaria in October looking for beaches and some shops bars etc but not as busy as benidorm. Cheers mate

Cheers🥂 I did live there and did often hear some Dutch complaining about they get not exactly same culture like home, the German same, some did only like only German food and beer and the French and the Americans and some Scandinavians too. I have seen many places did prostitute them self and after a while, when they lost their own culture, the tourists went to other places where still the original culture was there. Behaviour like a swarm of locusts / grasshoppers. This is why I did react. We are on the same side. No worry. Cheers🥂
