I'm here now definitely not a 5 star. We have deluxe ocean room and didn't come with a stocked fridge or coffee maker so we had to ask the front desk to provide since it's supposed to come with these items. I agree no personality and no personal service like you get at other resorts if you want a drink you have to get it yourself. We brought lots of money for tips but haven't had to tip anyone since you serve yourself

@@Noscamers This Resort lacks more structures, such as slides for adults and more swimming pools, since the ones it has are few for the number of people.
