You can notice, the inner lens in the headlights turn with the steering wheel, which is a proper feature of this DS21

Interesting column shifter animations, they definitely added those to the game for this car because the Plymouth Superbird, which also has a column shifter, doesn't have these animations(it doesn't have any at all for that matter). There's an idea of a next video you can make.
@GT-RTData9 Жыл бұрын
Day 784, the shifting animation is still not fixed. In fact, I’m glad this video is up because it shows exactly what I’m talking about.

...What are you talking about exactly? the thing with one hand? did you know that when you make a hard turn the driver will hold the steering wheel with both hands? lol
@RACECAR Жыл бұрын
I'm honestly not even bothered anymore. PD's hand animated shift animations are clearly here to stay and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

@@NOWAXWORKS How many onboard racing vids have you seen where the driver changes gear and keeps their hand on the shifter until it’s time to up or down shift again?

Charles de Gaulle was the guy in question. Another thing to note on the second failed attempt: the hydropneumatic suspension played a role in helping him and his wife escape after all four tires were punctured.

@@MontanaAndy Exactly what I’ve been saying. In onboard racing videos the driver changes gear and returns their hand to the wheel. This looks goofy and is immersion breaking as hell, especially when driving hard and taking consecutive corners.
