You should have reviewed it with the PSVR2 to cover all the bases. I was looking forward to hearing your perspective compared to my GT7 PSVR2 experience. Also, I don't have the Pro, so I wanted to see the difference from the base PS5.

You can get the general livery if you load it from Car customization. Just search General Lee and it’ll give you some options.

Keeping it real, good man. I love to see reviews of gear from the average user, not tech junkies. I got into simracing 5 years ago, aged 59. I'd NEVER played any game, console or PC. (My son said "You bought WHAT???"). I got a PS4 Pro and Logitech G29 wheel and built a very dodgy desk mount out of pine. I then bought a foldable rig from Next Level Racing (similar to the Playseat), and a bit later the G Pro you are using. In between I bought a PS5, and now upgraded to a PS5 Pro. I'm a VERY average racer, just having fun, like you. I love GT7 for the fun factor. There are more serious sims out there, but a lot of reviewers tend to forget that the average person does not buy high-end gear. Loving reading the comments from the viewers who are just getting into simracing. It is damn good fun, and should not break the bank if you don't let it. EDIT: I have a VR2 headset, too, and this game was made with VR in mind, from the get-go. It shows. Find a friend who has one, people, and just try it :-)

I own a G Pro but thinking I should've gone down the Asetek route straight after buying and playing on PC! Given you own the La Prima and Invicta, would love to see an honest comparison of the G Pro against the La Prima and Invicta running on PC. I've seen many people saying the G Pro provides some of the best force feedback that compares to expensive bases.

play my first GT. It’s free. I did it on the portal / controller and it was just as fun as PS1/2 era. You can always play with a controller

Prior to update, pro was pushing 4k 120fps in resolution mode, and looked amazing.The pssr update screwed it up and forced 8k and psvr2 only benefits; image quality of cars now looks dull with reduced resolution even with pssr turned off. I Play gt7 on ps5 pro with controller. I let go wheel setup long time ago. I also choose my 77” oled and couch over psvr2 or wheel any day.

To correct you on physics..tracing and asseto corsa is carp when it comes to road physics....and that's comin from me playing all these Sims for the past 15 years now..gran turismo is on point..the thing that's lagging with gt7 .is the fantasy tracks ..they need MORE real world tracks.
