Absofuckinglutely! It was so good in fact, that even though I never liked the song much up until GT3, it immediately topped my favorite intros of all time (GT1 EU and GT3 EU). But I have to say the second part of the GT5 intro is pretty fucking epic too, even though the game was a total disaster. The mighty difference a good song choice makes...

I remember listening to the Bootlegged Japanese GT1 opening for the first time on a badass JBL Pro logic surround sound system back in 1997 in my brothers home. It was simply incredible, never seen anything like that before. I got pumped up even before playing the actual game. In fact, the music in Japanese GT1 are all very good.

the gt4 trailer just looks so real for the first minute or so ( we are talking when still animation is going) like the pit crew the cars the enviorment the flag holders the driver and the animation part looks like it came out of a 2011 game with the detail maxed out detail and resolution and then it's game footage and it gets a bit boring
