Did you hear about this thing about DTM and Super GT? They´ll have 2 Races together in 2019 and more to come in 2020 and so on ^^ Edit: There will also be changes to the cars :) DTM: German Touring Car Championship Super GT: Japanese Touring Car Championship

The Super GT cars already recieved a cut in downforce this season and both SGT and DTM have been running the same engine for some time now

Seb I don't think they have, DTM is still with the slower V8's. Anyways the Class One cars would be just as fast as current GT500 cars so about LMP1 privateer speeds. Exciting days ahead.

That is one of those finishes where if you had been half a tenth more behind then you would have won due to getting slightly more slipstream and therefore slightly more speed. It was insanely close though.

Super GT but your more likely going to make mistakes when you flashing lights before braking and turning since more focus is on flashing lights which can lead to more mistakes! Just a suggestion for the future mate👍

I can't stand it when someone is flashing their lights and they don't have more pace than me, it's like "what? you want past mate? dream on!". In the real world they are there to make other drivers aware of your presence. They are there so an LMP1 driver can flash a GT3 driver. Hey ho, it does look good around Tokyo,

Nice race and close finish. You are lucky you don't loose that much time on the straight. I signed up with Toyota and was driving that track in the not exactly high powered 86 Gr.4. Lst around 0.8 seconds on the that part of the track :D

If you look at the Le Mans 24h or many other endurance races you'll see flashing being used in the same way. In fact those guys are far more aggressive with it. So no harm done. Unless they have epilepsy of course.

With draft races, I like to make my fuel leaner behind someone in the straights/ovals and then bring it back to 1 for the corner. I find by the time you get to the first pit stop, you save a number of seconds and jump everyone.
