Granada sure is a beautiful and historic town in Nicaragua. Granada lays along the shores of the largest fresh water lake in Central America, Lake Nicaragua and has a population of just over 130,000 people. In this video Sabrina and I take walk around the city. We explore the centro historico area, checkout a MaxiPali store and tour a massive outdoor market.

Hi, thanks for the pier walk. I was glad to find out there was a ferry to Ometepe. (There is), but I looked up the 2022 schedule and found this; "The ferry that used to ply between Granada - Ometepe - San Carlos is suspended due to the low water level of Lake Nicaragua. Maybe next rain season (August/September??) it resumes activity."

I also liked the rest of the video! lol. I just didn't know about the ferry, having seen so many videos of Granada that didn't include it. I thought people had to go to Rivas to get to Ometepe.
