For a not so strong player in dark (having no lich, fediel, six), having him made me survive light bosses more easily since he just takes little damage.

Satyr at home in dark pretty much but much harder to kill. Though yeah, if you have fediel and lich you dont really need him but he does allow you to run teams with units that dont want to be hit like predator and yuel+societte.

He's dark stayr, there skills and cooldown are exactly same.

It's more that the two are similar, rather than being exactly the same. Satyr is buffing the team each turn and dispelling, while Kou is doing good skill damage. What is the same though is that skill with 80% damage reduction.

This FLB was so unnecessary Q: was he really in need of an uncap? A: no, not really. Other units could've used said uncap. Q: is dark running short on "good" units these days? A: Nope, not even close. Q: why does cygames keep giving dark new units and FLBs? A: because fk KMR The main issue here is: he is dark, he will barely see the light of day, no pun intended. Everyone and their mother runs the same comp when it comes to dark and there are so many units fighting for the spot already...

He definitely needed an uncap he was dead on release. At least now he’s see use if you don’t have all the OP characters and when they release hard content for dark advantage bosses

@@Oreossssssssify I'll hold my ground on my opinion here, the uncap wasnt necessary, if they wanted to do anything with him a rebalance would've been just fine. FLBs are meant to be for old units whose kits are dated or wonky this just feels like that uncap for light gawain. Forte, marquiares, wulf, olivia, ferry, azazel and many others are good examples of this

@@AinzV1 a rebalance into what? His kit needed cohesion and the FLB gave him that and even added skill damage to make him fit in the meta. It was either redo his kit or lean into it and Cygames decided to lean into it. His FLB made his niche high level content by leaning into his defense and even gave him some much needed skill damage to fit inside a dark team to not be deadweight. The characters you mentioned besides Marquiares saw more use than Kou ever did and some still even do. Now Kou can actually be put in a team and not be another pre rebalance Chat Noir

@@Oreossssssssify They didn't need to touch him at all because he is on the new end of the spectrum. If "usage" was an actual criteria on which unit deserved an Flb boy oh boy there's a whole lot of other units that are in a far dire positions than him. But as a matter of fact Cygames does whatever they want and balancing the game has never been on their agenda so calm your tits mate.
