Ideally that boosts caps or dmg output (metatron, grande order, beelzebub, bahamut/lucifer) Luci HL full auto is now easier since the updated feature lets you use a summon in full auto through quick summon. I recommend either bahamut/lucifer or grand order for that if you have them.

Is ur vira still balanced or did u change it? And are u using holy shield or just using it as a skin? If so wut shield?

Sadly no, G.vira is quite mandatory since she provides a lot of survivability in full auto (plus constant dispels)

Was thinking the same thing, is lancet replaceable, my dama drained quite a lot for the important ones such as harmo ivory

It's replaceable however idk how it would affect the full auto part of the build. I run the same team n similar build but I do manual. Ima guess the healing caps helps alot for the full auto path but u could run something else that just give hp or garrison or something with healing cap.
