as expected, Cosmos has Ereshkigal-anti mechanic, but what surprise me is she deal light dmg not random elemental dmg like Agastia
Cosmos has Arbitration meter mechanic which will shift meter to red for each hit that deal 3m or more dmg and shift meter toward blue for every 10 hit, both colors max at lvl 10. If either side of meter is maxed at start of turn, she will use Final Detonation (aka party wiped) and this meter will shift by real time not base on turn, that's why it's anti-Eresh mechanic cuz Ereshkigal especially with Ilsa will max the blue meter at 1st turn from a lot of multi-hit then immediately wiped on 2nd turn, also while Final Detonation is up, Cosmos take no dmg
Each time Dual Cry or Tempest Attunement (max damonds Omen) is used, raise Arbitration lvl by 1, Final Detonation will activated after reaching lvl 3

Key of this fight is balance between multi-hit and ougi/single hit attack to prevent from either meter reaching max lvl, and don't let Cosmos success using max diamonds omen more than 2 time, if you can do that this fight isn't hard just beware HP trigger that will shift meter to lvl 8
recommended character will be Fediel. G.Halluel&Malluel, G.Lich and S.Magisa, usually dark meta character
since all elemental Revan raid is released, I would rate these boss into 2 group base on my opinion
Hard group : Diaspora, Mugen and Agastia
Easy group : Siegfried, Siete and Cosmos

Hey man OOT of Cosmos raid, I'm planning to build a Hades grid in the future.. I don't have 2 Skeletal Eclipse laying around, will 2 Agonize work? P.s Thoughts on the weapon?

Agonize still work, Skelethal is just expensive version of Agonize and need double Hades to max supplemental while Agonize doesn't need double Hades for Cosmos's weapon, niche I think, only use if you want both skill dmg supplemental and Garrison but putting both Nehan's harp and Odin's harp will taking 3-4 slots in grid, though Cosmos's weapon isn't harp so numbers of harp for Harmonia will be reduced.....

For magna player i think i just need to farm for sieg/siete/dias the other 3 i think it is skipable, am i right?

yes, Diaspora and Siete are worth for both weapon and sand. If you want to focus only sand, any boss that is easiest for you

Is there a replacement for Magisa? Sadly i do have some of your characters (except for Magisa and FLB Nier) and grid wise the only thing I don't have are G.Shalem weapon and the Ultima ULB. Is it still doable with 2 Majestas? As for summons i do have them all and maxed out except for Zirnitra

Time to beef my light teams with a full swords grid , time to reach max BEEF. But seriously the only reason anyone would consider this weapon is for the HP on awakening. The supplemental is just a nice touch but really it is nothing.
