Small typo mistake 3:58 it is Prismatic Slime.
For 10:30 Dark Refrain quest the Calamitous Gate must be destroy before it can continue(similar to Slimes).

There is a chance some of these might fail due to your characters and the Bosses positioning.
Upgrade the Sigils and use Healing skills on some of the NPCs if you are having trouble.
