One issue here is the Terminus weapons have a damage cap increase that requires you to be under 45k max HP for it to trigger, having this much health locks you out of a 100% damage cap increase.

Damage Cap V drop from boss Angra Mainyu, Damage Cap V + from Pronto Bahamut. If you're lucky, a transmute sigil lv 3 might drop out Damage Cap V and Damage Cap IV+

What is that +99 in your weapon name ?

I may be wrong but I think that is the ignition munitions I don't know of other ways to get them but I think you get 1 for completing each characters fate episodes you can equip 99 on a weapon and it raises the Stat of the weapon it is equipped to they can be removed and re used as well
