Tefnut is easier to use than Raziel imo. Her main gimmick is the Saraab stacks which she gain when doesn't take any damage in a turn, max at 5.
So basically you need 5 turns to max this out and her skills will get even better and more buff for water allies.
However, she doesn't normal attack at all pretty much so might not work so well in GW since the current meta is cleary NA.
- CA does unworldly damage, delay and 2 random debuff.
- 1st skill does 5 hits. DIspel 1 buff and inflict 10% stackable water DEF down.
When Saraab stack is 5 also inflict DMG taken amp to enemy for 6 hits.
- 2nd skill inflicts Gloomy Fog debuff, 50% ATK decrease and special attack has chance to miss. 20% debuff res down and 50% DA/TA down.
When Saraab is 5 water allies also gain dispel cancel, mirror image and dodge all (1 time).
- 3rd skill gains Convalescent Doze buff.
Can't normal attack, sharp boost to dodge rate. When CA gives Double Strike and Bonus Water DMG to the water ally in the next position. At end of turn activates Tefeng Sayf (skill 1).
- Passive 1. When no damage is taken, at the end of turn gives other water allies guaranteed TA, 10% DMG cap up and 50,000 supplemental DMG (1 time). Raise Saraab stack by 1.
Boost to other Water allies' ATK, multiattack rate, dodge rate, and charge bar gain based on Saraab stack.
- Passive 2. No CA gain when normal attack. Gain instant CA when she didn't attack in a turn.
