It's an important question: the normal version comes uncensored mode and with censorship the question is this game brings it too?

The game has a toggle for censored and uncensored but it only changes character design in battle. The art, avatars, etc. are all still censored. This is different from Versus, which changed some art to be uncensored if you used original.
