I'm so excited and can not wait...especially after watching your video. We are definitely going to book for an ocean view/sea view suite now. Thank you for the wonderful comment. Building 25 or 26 is the better view but if you want to splurge a little 27 is ocean front. 27 will not have a pool view however.

Very good video.. I was there but 2 years ago.. just to let everyone know.. the resort is 80% canadians 10% americans 10% other.. which is fine.. everyone was nice in general. Main restaurants are good but nothing great.. buffett is the decent but I think the eggs for breakfeast were watery and oj had too much ice. Nothing is perfect though unless you go 5*. Night life is not bad.. you have to go into the Resort town (on site) where there is late night dancing and kareokee.. they have a beach theme party 1 night out of the week (they might do more nowadays)... Room is clean but make sure you hide your important stuff and $$$. Overall I give the resort a 4/5.. some areas 3/5 and some were almost 5/5. It's worth it if you pay $1,800 for 5 days/nights for 2 including airfare (depending on where you're flying from)

Just returned from here on 4/14/18 for our honeymoon. Huge resort be prepared to do ALOT of walking. Very nice time minor issues( had to call almost daily for wash cloths) but nothing that would prevent us from returning. Food was basic resort style and we chose to do buffet during our stay. Each night a different theme. Exceptionally well maintained, gorgeous grounds!!! Poolside bars it was worth every penny spent.Beaches are very rocky we spent most of our time in the pool. Its a gorgeous resort Luxury side is adults only, they really make u feel welcome, check it out!!!

Hi!! This is a beautiful video. I saw one video someone posted stating that their room had mold. They had problems with the toilet and there's no towels. Did you have problems getting towels.

Thank you so much for your video. It is so thorough and appreciative of what it takes to keep a resort at its best. I know it has been a while, but would you say it is worth the extra money to pay for the luxury side. The difference right now is about $600. Extra for 2. We are older and appreciate a quieter holiday but also enjoy people having fun.

One thing I loved was there is a phone on each floor that goes to the front desk. I came back to change which I thought was my room??? Tried the door numerous times only to be told Not my room!!! Picked up the phone front desk to be told I was on the wrong floor! Perfect I moved on after apologizing. Awesome feature we all get confused as everything looks the same. People can be a@@@ holes as I had an issue one night and ended up at the end of a Hallway talking to the Security guard and another guest had an issue with us talking. Get a life really I had an issue and was working it out! How about not being so nosey??? The grounds crew amazing never stopped. Best Steak house is on the Grand side you can make a a la carte reservation you will not be dissapointed the best Med Rare steak!!! Garlic shrimp to go with!! Loved it! There was a guy that used to Mop the deck and Dance alone and with the guests!!! but he sang the whole time Loved him but he has since moved on ( to bigger and better things for himself) as it should be! More is the pity as he made the day on the pool deck Fun!!!!

Hello. How do you get down to that nice part of the beach where there isn’t all that coral. It looks like there is a really clear blue part, and then a rocky part. Is it a far walk, or can a cart bring you down?

It's a short walk past the pool area. Walk off the sand straight into the water. Snorkeling is fantastic. Great things to see in the clear blue water

We are thinking of going there next summer (july, 2019). i watched another video where the person was complaining that there weren't enough towels at the beach or the pool areas. No issues with towels. There were always fresh towels by the pool on the luxury side. Ma made beach on luxury side is small but the beach on the other resort is plenty big. A short golf cart drive or a 20 minute walk.

sonnydukes the main difference is the luxury side is an adult only. You also have your own buffet and the buildings are nicer. You can go over to the Grand side but they can't come over to the Luxury side.

We did on this trip bur felt that it wasn't worth it, however, returned to Jamaica this year and decided not to use Club Mobay. Main airport was a nightmare! Delayed flights arriving and departing created a crowed mess with no place to sit etc. So it may have been worth it on the most recent trip.

Just returned on Saturday 1/26/19, loved our stay, got free upgrade to luxury, we loved everything about our stay except got suckered in a time share seminar, do not fall for these people dressed in light blue skirts, stay clear of them, also do not recommend the !luminous watertight tour, we got ripped off, wasn't at all like we read it would be, didn't get to stay for the fire show after, should of gotten our money back, but all in all we got over all that and loved the pools, beavh, ocean, food, drinks, entertainment and peopke, very clean and beautiful, would return here again.

Hey Krista. Definitely pack your own snacks. We didn't take advantage of the 24 hr service. All I can say is we have traveled south 9 out of the last 10 years and this resort was our favorite by a wide margin. You did not make the wrong choice IMO. Please let me know your experience. What you did not highlight is the accessible beach platform for the Handicapped! However there was a couple I met on the elevator that weren't made aware of this feature!!!! Boggles the mind really if you have this available it's a plus tell this individual of the advantage???? I wasn't impressed that they weren't told! WTH this is a prime example of a unique feature and not being exploited???? Marketing advantage for sure!!! ATKM!!! This resort needs a better Marketing Team!! Has advantages but not clearly advertised!!! Get with the program this maybe a missed opportunity! Why build it and not take advantage of it?????????? Begs the ???Next trip they better have more entertainment OR Special seating for Luxury Guests! Simple Really?. Separate front row seating based on the $$$ we paid and the fact you don't provide adequate entertainment on the Luxury side!!!!!!?? Been there twice and it sucks!! 2 People trying to sing on a private deck cannot compare to a live show!! So I don't have to run off to the other side with crap Booze! Seeing I have paid for premium Booze Disgusting if I have a Premium bracelet I should get Premium Booze??? No matter where I am on this resort!!! Premium bracelet should say it all!!!!1 Note to you fix this!!!!!!!!!!!! OR not Worth the extra $$$$.

While I agree about the beach the staff is far from lazy. The Jamacians are so laid back which may give the preception on being lazy.
