Because very little, if any of this was actually the Grand Canyon. Only post 10min mark *might* be actual GC footage. There is also no Bryce Canyon footage here. There is however a lot of Arches and Canyonlands NP & Glen Canyon NRA footage (all in UT, which is not even mentioned). fwiw, drones are illegal in US national parks, so this footage is sketch. It's either filmed, or more likely, reproduced illegally.

Sooo glad it was protected. Majestic ! Grand indeed ...! If developed it would have been a most desirable place to live. But no sing of people except the bridge...and tracks..imagine how much water it took. They say it was formed fast not slowly like thought before..

This might be Canyon Lands National Park but it’s not Grand Canyon. There are no highways in the Grand Canyon.

Very few NPs have major highways running through them. The road you see there is the road through Arches NP (not a highway).

This is very much illegal. It’s not only a national park, which can pose hefty fines for drone flight but the Grand Canyon is also a SFRA. Don’t go fly there.

The title is misleading since most of the shots are taken from a different National Parks, that are even in a different State than Grand Canyon :) And drones are illegal in all National Parks in US. However, it's a nice video :)

Yup. Drones in NPs are illegal. My guess is this is pirated footage. Very little of it is actually Grand Canyon, but there is a lot of footage here from Arches & Canyonlands NPs & Glen Canyon NRA. Drones are probably ok in NRAs, but that's a guess.

When we look at the Grand Canyon we see many horizontal layers on top of each other but close ups of these layers also show that they are completely separated from each other and the layers look rather homogenous.
