Gloucester, Virginia but Ryan Homes builds this still along the East Coast.

The walkway to the house is so bad. It's so little, not balance with the main door. Bad design.

Ryan does not paint the ceilings white, instead they are sprayed the same color as the walls. looks cheap. Poor construction overall.

Be careful whrn choosing your model as these camera views does not depict the true size of the rooms. The rooms are much smaller.
