This looks odd but what PC spec do you have.. I keep getting disconnected and sometimes the item drop doesn't work so I need to like quit the dungeon and hit start again.

Pc specs shouldn't matter since you can even run this on the steam deck. This might be an internet problem. You can always email support sometimes it to be the servers kog.oqupie.com/portals/1219
