I can not unlock Bloody Scent Arts 1. Im level 63, and i have the points, and I've tried resetting, but i am unable to unlcok it... is it part of his job?

@@johnvincentbauzon941 you need to level up now, once you're around level 70ish you won't be able to unlock more until you get special class. It's not level 70 exactly but it's around that level
