यू पी में मोमो को फारा बोलते हैं सर ! इसमें सिल बट्टे पर चने की दाल को उबाल कर पीस कर उसमे बहुत सारे मसाले भर कर फिर आंटे की छोटी रोटी बना कर भरते हैं उसे मोड़ देते हैं फिर उसे भी पानी में खूब अच्छी तरह उबाल कर बनाया जाता है
