@jjstreams0 I am actually a huge fan of the boys on FaZe besides Renegade. I've been extremely impressed with Snakebite's performance. The same goes for Renegade. Royal 2 has been okay. However, the letdown for me is Frosty. When he pops off, they win, but when he doesn't, they lose. Frosty just isn't performing at the level he did in H5. Every once in a while, he will shine and come through. I almost feel bad for SnakeBite, though. He's honestly played the best he's ever played, in my opinion, and if they've been winning, he would have probably had MVP medal, too. I don't want to split those boys up, but honestly, a roster change needs to happen. Either drop Frosty or Drop Royal 2 or drop them both. More towards Frosty, though.

Yup, 1:02:26 Bound flags tech support -- the score at this moment is 26s Optic vs 21s SSG. Fast forward to 1:08:16 and the game resumes with 21s Optic vs 26s SSG. In a highstakes game 4 which "could have" won Optic hundreds of thousands of dollars, this 5s error can make a big difference. Literally every second counts. Also, 343 and HCS cannot afford these player drop-outs in a grand finals series. All players should be furious about this.

But this was also the first match that Optic lost. The loss of momentum from the reset and the scores being messed up. It isn't great.

Optic’s main problem was not fixing their broken strats on the maps they suck at. I already knew that they were gonna lose no matter what when they didnt secure the 4-0 to reset the bracket. They are absolutely terrible on some of these maps, it’s crazy.

OpTic should've won the first series regardless of resets but, for a game 3 years into its life, it should NOT be having these problems this bad in a competitive tournament. And if your gonna have them make it like CS where the game can be reloaded into the exact situation it was left in. GGs SSG but god damn it fucking sucks the momentum out of a team after multiple resets when you have full setups. Especially in multiple GFs in a row.

Each of the 4 HCS majors this season was "hosted" by a major eSports organization: Optic, Quadrant, Faze, & SSG. I doubt there are 2 others big enough in Halo to host a major. Shopify is a newcomer & Native hasn't seen enough success since Season1 (2022)

I’m sorry but this crap is weak. You can literally see where all the players are on the map. What happened to the epic era of halo 3 from 07-10 with classic game types, a simple competitive mode, basic styling, no radar, BRs, limited power weapons. I get needing to advance the game, but this is basically COD. This isent Halo, at least the halo I love. Where is TD, Finial Boss, Instinct, Classic, Status Que, Heaven and Earth? I’m just not into it.

In halo, the team that comes from the loser’s bracket needs to win two bo7’s because they already lost one round and the team from winners hasn’t lost any rounds. It ensures that the team that wins has lost the fewest rounds. Weird, I know, but I think it makes more sense than a winner-takes-all single-round grand finals where potentially both teams have only lost one round apiece.
