I’ve been staying at the grand for many years now and I did love it, but the last few years have seen it turn to Hotel 420. Constant strong marijuana odor.

For me, a hotel is just a place to sleep, shower and poo/pee. I don’t care really what it looks like. Just dont want rodents / insects and bad smells

That's why you need to go during the week (Sun-Thurs) in the off season (after Labor Day). You'll be right on the boardwalk with a balcony
