Hello mate im planning to go in oct is there a taxi rank outside the hotel and what room did you book? Did you request extra beds during check in? Cheers m hoque 👍

Hello sir. Thanks for checking out the video. There were always taxis outside the hotel so you shouldn't have a problem. Some people use an app called Careem which is an uber equivalent successful in the region (uber also works). Room wise we were in the standard room, at least I assume it was because it was the basic option available to me when I booked (I used luxury escapes rather than direct but assume its the same). When booking I put two adults two children. Unfortunately there were no z beds on arrival but they brought then up quickly. Enjoy your stay!

Hello! There wasn't any films I recognised. But they might be blockbusters for GCC or India! I didn't make use of the spa so I'm not sure but I'm certain they will have treatments such as massage.

Hi Micho. Thanks for reaching out. I asked the hotel about this. Unfortunately they do not know when the work will be completed. It appears only initial ground clearance was complete when I was there in October 23. I think it is unlikely the new area will be complete for your visit. I wish they would hurry up!

I got a deal from Luxury Escapes which included the children on an all inclusive basis. There was no charge for the beds. I can't confirm if this is typical for all stay types though.

Hello sir. It's a 12 minute walk from the Hotel reception to Dubai Health City Metro station. I didn't use it but saw the metro zip past the hotel out the bedroom window everyday!
