I also visited today (July 10th) I ordered the same signature noodles like Ec! But to my surprise, the portion is totally different from Ec (sooooo small) ! AND no more rib to add! A bit disappointed 😞

EC and the owner know each other according the wait staff. this video mislead people like you and i to go there.

⁠@@rickyyc2 I’m uncertain if the wait staff that work and get paid at the restaurant would openly tell other customers that a KZbinr that knows their boss was getting preferential treatment and therefore giving other paying customers less.

@@bpyccc sorry for me to say that, i think you get that wrong, it's not the paying customers getting less, it's the owner's friend getting more . when i order the house pho with the rib, the waiter said that they don't serve what is not on the menu , then i told him i saw that on youtube. the waiter told me that youtuber had that because she knew the owner. preferential treatment or not , you tell me. when the pho came with a small bowl, i ask the waiter do they have other sizes, he told me that they only have one size, " small bowl ". if you have doubt, why don't you check with other people's comments, i'm not the only one feel CHEATED here. when i was there, there were few people order the same things as me, they all told they didn't have pho with the beef rib. my next table told me that she came here because she saw EC's video too but she didn't complain. for most of chinese, they don't complain, they just stop going there.

Should put bean sprouts in love eating raw in soup Those beef fat yummy my aunt made one of best 順化 style of noodle from using pineapple beef soup base, sour is actually from the pineapple

I also like the natural light coming through the windows, it makes the atmosphere much more pleasant 👍😊 The lighting in this video is really nice too 😊it makes a big difference compared to the ones with just indoor lights.

i watched this video yesterday so i come to try it today (july 10), i order the same as EC but to my surprise, the signature house pho come with a small bowl like all other noodles, the portion is so small i still feel hungry after, the beef rib EC had is not on the menu, and they won't do it. that's totally MISLEADING from this video

@@ECeasyClaraLiu thanks for your live stream today to clarify things out. in the video, i think you mean yanwong and i for the dissatisfaction and i use " mislead " in my comment but that was how i felt at that moment. i'm not looking for any compensation at all, i'm just like other paying customers, left a review after the experience. and i have no bad feeling toward you, please to know that. btw, other youtuber have point out that the owner of this " pho me up " also the owner of next door " canadian thai " ( canadian tire may sue ). i don't know do that matter. thanks for your hard work.

@@ECeasyClaraLiu hello clara, in your live stream, you mention that i may have bad intention toward the business, there's something i wanna to say here.. abut 4 months ago in hk. , there were 2 foodie youtubers review a restaurant name 文苑飯莊 at the same time, one was " 點 Cook Guide ", he has over a million subscribers, the other one was " 有啖好食 Perfect Continuous Eat ", he has over 300 thousand subscribers. one foodie said that the food was great there but the other one said the opposite. later on, they found out one of the foodie got some financial benefits from the host, like the food was free etc., you can research the detail. my own experience with " pho me up ", and so many of others are totally different than yours. that's why i use " mislead " in my comment. there're a few foodie youtubers here in toronto. every time they review a restaurant, they will show the receipts to proof the food was paid. i wish you understand the point of my view. thx
