The best meal I had was at the Eldorado steak restaurant and the Teppanyaki Japanese grill (Sumptuori) and the Italian restuarant were both quite good but not exceptional. I'm not much for buffets and I found their's to be mediocre as long as you were selective. Some things were really bad so pick your spots. The omelette bar always had a line at breakfast but I was never willing to wait in line so I can't vouch for it but people seemed to like it.
