What time of year did you travel? I was curious about the weather in January, February, there. Also, thank you for this review. You are the first ones who spoke about elevators. I've looked everywhere with concerns about it?

Can you use the private beach if you don’t sit on the lounge chairs lol. Looks like the nicest beach.

I don't see why not. There was a couple taking pictures of each other on the private beach and they weren't members. It was actually funny watching them they both thought they were supermodels

Thanks so much for this really honest review. I think your comment at the end about the trip advisor reviews really helped. We've hesitated booking because of the bad reviews.... and yet all the videos we've seen of the resort are incredible.

Thank you for your kind words. When we arrived we had no idea what these people on trip advisor or Facebook were talking about. I watched a negative video on the palladium before we booked. The guy doing the video was complaining and all the while he was standing in paradise. I think his big complaint was towels.

Thanks for your review. I can’t wait to go in April - it will be our first time to this resort and we are looking for a romantic getaway with lots of things to do (non-motorized water sports) and quiet pools to spend time away from others. Food looks amazing and I love that the resort is spacious.

I was there for a wedding of friends. 45 of us made the trip and enjoyed it a lot. Our only problem was on the last day, our travel agent didn’t arrange the proper transportation back to the airport. The hotel had to help arrange a bus back, so we arrived an hour later than expected at the airport, but still in plenty of time for our flight.

Is the Spa pool included in the price? Because if it is maybe people don't know i was there 10 years ago for a wedding and we never knew about the use of the spa pools. The wedding was in the Spa and the reception was in the Infinity Bar, it was a gorgeous resort, i think my husband and i need to go back there. Looking for the fall.

We loved it there and will be going back this year. As for the spà pool. We didn't pay extra we just used it a couple of times and nobody said anything.

Ok thanks good to know. And I certainly will try the jerk chicken. And yes after I booked this trip yesterday I went on the advisor comments and the first 2 weren’t good. Just cannot believe someone could post such a bad review. Happy to see more positive ones after that. Some people just like to bash these places I believe. Did you find the night life too loud as I’ve read?

I did not find it loud. We would go see live music when we could get a seat or go to the sports bar these places were kind of loud, our room was very quiet I don't recall hearing the neighbors or people in the hallways

i have met a lot of people over the years from England while in Jamaica and they love it,the beaches at the Palladium are very nice, if you get a chance go to seven mile beach in Negril, the palladium is not that far from there, in my opinion,its the best beach i have ever been to@@connorhewitt6868

I am from Canada and have been to this resort many years ago, we loved it we went for a wedding, its very big, lots of beaches to try and it has the largest swimming pool in the carribean. Just remember that Jamaican's are on their own time, keep that in mind for service etc. The rooms are all very nice, we are booking an oceanfront junior suite for this fall so i can see the water, they also have a adults pool with a bar and a spa. I hope you love it and congratulations on your marriage. Jamaica is a beautiful island.

Thanks for the video. We just booked there for March. I have a question though. I don’t see a lot of umbrellas by the pool. Like I see none Did you get umbrellas??

Thank you for watching. If you ask you can get one. We spent most of our time on the beach and always had an umbrella we never had a problem getting a beach chair at the pool or beach. Definitely try the jerk chicken. I've had it all over Jamaica but I found there's to be the best. Enjoy your trip. We will be back in may

@@njcloud316 I think you will like it. We loved it our problem was our stay wasn't long enough it's a big place. I'm going to suggest to you what I suggest to everyone,try the jerk chicken at the the jerk hut lts excellent

@@carlboston6820 we’re going over Christmas and have watched a lot of resort videos and those are the only ones I’ve seen. Maybe the infinity pool is 5.
