Grand Rapids, Minnesota Pokegama Lake Sherry Arm Bay

Finally fished Pokegama Lake in Grand Rapids Minnesota. Some nice action trolling a Mepp's Spinner for northern pike and also managed some frog bass in the boat. A big thank you to Thousand Lakes Sporting goods for the lake recommendation!

I'm going to head up to the grand rapids area this week! Have you ever tried fishing some of the little pit mine lakes up there? I think I'm going to try out lind pit mine for smallmouth and then try out trout lake by Coleraine for smallmouth and then maybe Bluewater lake for lake trout

Yup your in Little Pokegama. Everybody throws frogs up here. FYI that is not a new thing. Lots of tournaments held out on Pokegama where yu can get a bass boat under that bridge also.
