It is wonderful. This was our first time since 2016, and we'll definitely be back next year.

I love it! But it is kind of hilarious seeing the Regency reenactors on their cell phones. Ms. Austin would have the vapors!

It's an entertaining contrast - old and new.

At 0:10. I forgot that high-born ladies back in the Regency period wore hats and bonnets very similar in shape to horse feed bags. Like this lovely example worn by this lady. ;). But in all seriousness, I would've loved to have joined and mingled in this crowd. Reminds me of what they do in some towns in Japan, where people dress up as old-timey folk from the Edo period and you see women in riotous kimonos pretending to be geishas and oiran. Very pretty!

It would be great to have some in the parade wearing fashions for other cultures, that Regency people would have encountered from time to time - including the Japanese.
