Nice travel-casual watch, if you like ceramic and have got wrists that are large enough. As with all other GS, I like the finishing and the execution. The PR indicator is the icing on the cake.

All these ceramic watches these days, but it seems like only Chanel and Rado are offering them on ceramic bracelets. This watch in particular could have been amazing with a matching ceramic bracelet.

Why does it say “Seiko” more prominently than Grand Seiko. This almost seems like a Seiko watch with a spring drive movement by Grand Seiko. This is terrible marketing and the issue with Grand Seiko. I personally love Seiko but many like me have an issue with Grand Seiko, and this is the reason. Get the messaging correct Seiko/Grand Seiko. The Seiko name shouldn’t even be near the Grand Seiko brand.

No lume on any of the hands, or hour markers plus the GMT hand is too. small easy pass for me and I'm assuming others feel the same way.

How many times are you in complete darkness that you need lume? Are you a Navy seal?

What difference does that make? When you're spending $7k+ on a watch there should be lume. This sounds like Seiko/GS being cheap.
