@@CustomLivinginTexas if someone buy house in current market, they looking almost paying 900K interest charges for 30 years for 650k price house, I have no idea, how come home owner get his money back after 30 years, He had to sell it for almost 1.6 million for same house when he wants to sell it, plus home owner not going make any damn single penny in equity over 30 + years

But i'm sure people were refinance if they're gonna live there for a thirty years or they would have sold that house after the first ten to twelve years and moved on to somewhere else. You couldn't convince me to rent that house at the average of three thousand a month for thirty years.
