For the 5 relic passive. If you have Ainz (or Summer Rosetta soon!) you use Groll on them and DLRim TW on him.

Do the relics need to be max limit break? My zenon keeps dying at regulus stage on 50% hp thresholds

If you have it already from dupes maybe, I wouldn't try to force it though. Fen shorts would help near-100% uptime with Hermes Trismegistus, which would help a lot.
