Sir, this is breathtaking. I am a national park traveler who loves Yellowstone more than pretty much any other place on Earth, and you did it justice. I did my own mini-documentary about Yellowstone for its 150th birthday and this is the sort of thing I aspire to create. Thank you.

Just returned from a 10 day visit to Teton and Yellowstone. What a magnificent experience! Bison, black bear, elk, pronghorn, osprey, grey wolf and mule deer. Grand Teton , Old Faithful, Lower Falls and so much more. Not enough time for it all. We will return, hopefully soon.

The 3rd deck - I humbly agree our forefathers, pioneers, early settlers with much overwhelming lust for land reeked havoc upon the Native American culture further adding insult defaulting on so many treaties. 😢

No "Social Distancing", No Masks! No matter how many times I watch this Movie, Robert, I'll never see everything. You were in top form in filming, editing, dialog, ....everything. Please continue hiking trails when you are near a National Park. I'd suggest you carry water, Sunscreen, Insect Repellent, some snacks, & Bear Spray, just in case whenever you go for a hike.

Dear Robert, THANK YOU and congratulations on making the best travel series I’ve ever seen. My husband and I came across one of your videos (glacier national park) a few weeks back and we are hooked!! Your camera footage is absolutely incredible. Your music…outstanding. These episodes wouldn’t be the same without your music…it pairs so beautifully with the scenery. Your humor, honesty, and wit make your channel one of a kind. Love the rv cooking shows!I used to love watching travel shows on tv, but they pale in comparison to yours. They’re so commercialized - lacking originality and real perspective. We love your format of footage on the road…the things you would see as if you were actually taking a road trip yourself. And your commentary is excellent. Your hiking footage makes the viewer feel like they’re actually there. Amazing! 👏🏼 We’re IPA aficionados ourselves so getting to take a front seat at the breweries and learn about the good ones all over the country is also pretty extraordinary. We’ve talked for some time about a big road trip West to our dream destinations in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana with our boys….watching your show is helping make that dream a reality. We love the mountains so it’s been a treat to watch your travels all over the mountainous regions of this country. I need a shirt with your famous quote, “don’t forget to look back…sometimes the best views are behind you.” 👏🏼 Btw, we were on the edge of our seats watching you climb Angels Landing in Zion. What a feat! We’ve been telling all our family and friends about your channel. Thank you from South Louisiana!!! Happy Travels!!

Wow. My partner and I spent a week in Grand Teton and Yellowstone a few years ago. I think you really captured the parks well from that roadtripper's point of view, which is how most people experience them. Love the music, too. I usually don't like too much much music in these National Parks travel videos but yours really fit. Nice narration. The GPS voice popping in gave it some nice authenticity. Felt like I was revisiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone again. Nice work!

Good video, except way to many commercials. I worked in Yellowstone the summer of 85, 91 and 95. A great place to work a summer, if your younger. Never did get to spend any time in Grand Teton, which looks like a great park for day hiking. The Antelope you saw are called Pronghorns, they can run very fast. As for Moose, give them plenty of space, they are worse then buffalo when it comes to hurting people. Great views of the Tetons. Ah yes, Bear Spray, they love the stuff when they use it to season hikers ;) I do not recommend hiking with ear buds, specially in bear country. Spent many a evening sitting in front of that fireplace in Old Faithful Inn, back in 91, reading a good book. Proper name for a traffic jam caused by wildlife "Critter Jam" I will go back in 2021.

Great video! Yes if you pay to go into Grand Teton, and then visit Yellowstone, you pay twice, unless you have the annual pass. I was driving through there in 2005, and stayed 2 nights at one campground in Yellowstone. As I was leaving the campground, my alternator / A/C compressor fan belt broke on my 1997 F-53 based motorhome. The second belt, that runs the power steering and fan and water pump was still working, so I started my generator, and drove to Grand Tetons, and found new belts at the NAPA store in town. I have the handicap pass that is good for life! Thankfully! Yellowstone can have some pools of water at over 180F! Amazing! I think that Old Faithful will be over 150F, and is steam powered from the hot rocks just under the surface. The Rangers take the time that the eruption takes place, and how long it lasts in seconds to estimate the next eruption. Usually they are 90 minutes apart, but that can change if they have a short or longer duration amount of steam coming out. Along the north exit to Yellowstone, there is a river where you can go swimming, and the hot water comes out of a spring, and mixes with the 45F snowmelt water of the river. So you have to get in the right location to be in 80F water. To close to the hot spring, and it is to hot, to close to the cold river water, and you freeze! Back in 2005, when I was there the most recent time, they where closing the free dry camping areas, or putting up a sign to pay a nominal fee to use the camping location overnight, with a restriction of only 2 or 3 nights in a row. This was to stop the very poor campers from living there full time! I also knew about a dry camping area that is just west of Flying Flaggs campground in Jackson Hole. It was also on the Snake River, in a area like where you took pictures of the Snake River! I love the memories! The campground had a small hand pump for fresh water, but I think they took that out because they could not "Certify" the water as drinking water quality, and test it once a day for purity. The snake river at that dry camping area was about 20 feet across, and I would have been able to wade across it there. Your pictures bring back many found memories! Hopefully I will be able to visit that area again someday! Maybe this summer? I wish the price of fuel would go down! I knew a retired person, who worked at Flagg Ranch RV park, and was able to find all of these great places to boondock on her days off!
