For GTA Online veterans like me (+6k hours since 2013; Rank: 987) it wouldn't be enough to add just better graphics and technical inprovements to the next gen and PC versions of GTA Online to make us buy that game again. Add San Fierro and Las Venturas to complete the state of San Andreas and maybe LC or VC! This way the map would be 3 times bigger so you could make it possible "with your servers" to let 100+ players play in one lobby at the same time. Complementary for immersion and against griefing, do the same thing with the player-visibility on the mini-map like in Red Dead Online, where you can only see those that are near by you or do missions where you can participate. And please take care that the rear-view mirrors of the vehicles finally work ... Raytracing should make this possible :)
