Your answer: this song is actually in gta 3 itself and is on the radio "double clef fm". The song name is "O mio babbino caro". You can only hear this song on the ps2 version of this game and no other version. This game was release after all for the Playstation 2 back in 2001

GTA III and GTA VC actually got trailers and ports for their 10th anniversary, Rockstar Games even genuinely thanked their fans for their support, then GTA SA got no trailer with a terrible port, GTA LCS got a trailer for mobile port, GTA VCS got nothing, GTA IV got iconic songs removed, GTA V got outfits. This just shows how much rockstar doesn’t care for it’s fans anymore.

Also mine was San Andreas, I was 6 when I was playing that in the internet caffee in my neighborhood ( the funny part is that after those years, those places have GTA San Andreas in the PC's)

The first time i saw this game i think was back in 2001 or 2002. I was 4 years old, my dad gave to my cousin some money for us go play in the hood local arcade games store. I played Driver I ( PSone ), and he played a game of a guy with a very dope style, dressing a black bomber jacket with cargo pants and blue sneakers, running in a big and creepy city doing ruthless missions at night... as we know the infamous GTA III! But In that time, I did not even know that the name of this game was GTA III... and i remember stop playing Driver at the same time that i saw GTA III and i was like: '' OMG IS THIS REAL?!!'' the graphics were ultra realistic to me lol and i stopped playing Driver in that day because was boring as fuck compared to GTA 3. I miss so much those days... Childhood memories. :,) *And only in 2007 I played GTA III for the first time when i bought my Ps2. LOL

My God, friend, I remember in 2008 that I played this for the first time, I was just a little child and this scene at minute 0:51 and hearing that phrase makes me sad with pride and happiness, thanks to Rockstar it marked my childhood and now being 20 years of life ahead. THANK YOU ROCKSTAR GAMES
