there is a lot of mission duplication going on which happens to pass missions instantly or after a deathwarp or police bust the rampages, replays and submissions are tools to achieve the duplication of missions

to load vehicle models, makes it easier to get trashmasters and mr whoopees in portland and later on it's to help prevent crashes from duped vigilante in portland/staunton

it wasnt routed in yet, requires the save and reload before mike lips and at least how i did it, there is a chance the game can crash when you deathwarp on duped vigilante

This is a long jump bug. I don’t know how the author did it, but personally I do the jump twice, and when on the second jump Claude slightly lifts his feet off the ground, I press F3 and then F1
