sound mods didn't work back then now it does so there is a V8 ROAR to download now which will be included in my vehicle pack im releasing soon it will contain around 55 new vehicles with exclusive handling made by killatomate85 inc a new engine sound for the dukes and new siren sound for the police cars

Thats because you cant add new cars to GTA 4, you have to copy over the skin of old ones, so this is just a normal car that has a Charger's skin.....
