You must download CLEO and the mod (links are in description). Step 1. - Install CLEO Step 2. - Open the RAR with mod, there is two folders. Copy files from ,,cleo,, to your CLEO folder (Your CLEO folder is in folder with game, it was created by installing CLEO mod) Step3. - Copy .gasoline file from models-txd in the RAR to your txd folder. Sorry for my English, perhaps you will understand.

Fuel and speedometer are CLEO mods (you can download it from links under video),if you want the car go same fast as my,you must modificate file handling.cfg. Instructions how to do it you can find in gtamodding ;) If you will have any problem with modifications,send me a message.
