Just got back from Grand Velas, staff was amazing, always so considerate and nice. There was a large African American group whom were the sweetest ppl we met all trip!❤ my understanding is a lot of American Costco members and ppl from Mexico City stay here, everyone was in a good mood and well fed 😂

Why almost no reviewer shows the beaches?

Because the waves are so strong, the beach isn't useable.

You can clearly see the beach in the intro drone shot, but no one in the water, and only a few people walking the beach.
